Masala Curry Sauce

Masala Curry sauce to add to any vegetables, fish or meat dishes.
  White onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), crushed
  Ginger piece 1 Medium, crushed
  Garam masala 3 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 4 Tablespoon (Preferably Use Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  Tomato puree/Chopped tomatoes 250 Gram
  Water 100 Gram (Use If Required)
  Salt To Taste

Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions, garlic and ginger. Keep on slow heat until soft and add the turmeric and garam masala. Stir into a paste but do not let it burn, make sure you have enough moister in the pan. Add the tomato puree and continue to heat slowly. Bring to a boil and add to your vegetables, fish or meat dish. For more recipes visit: or
