Curry Cheese Slices

Ingredients
  Cream cheese package 6 Ounce, softened (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Party rye bread slice 10
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced apple wedges 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a bowl combine cream cheese, milk, parsley flakes, and curry powder.
Stir in peanuts.
Spread on rye bread slices.
In a small bowl combine water and lemon juice.
Dip apple wedges into lemon mixture.
Place 1 wedge atop each sandwich.
