Veal Curry with Brazil Nuts
|Veal steak||1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)|
|Onions||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Yoghurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Brazil nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Cut the veal into 1 inch (2 1/2 cm) cubes, roll in seasoned flour and saute in the oil in a heavy pan.
2. Add the grated onions and cook until soft.
3. Remove the onions and meat to a casserole and add the can of mushroom soup and yoghurt to the pan. Mix together, add the curry and herbs and nuts and heat, quickly. Pour over the meat in the casserole and bake in a moderate 350°F (180°C) oven for 45 minutes.
