|Onion||1 Medium, chopped to make 1/2 cup|
|Curry powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bottled minced garlic/1/8 teaspoon garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Plain low-fat yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Fully cooked turkey breast portion||8 Ounce, chopped to make about 2 cups|
|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped dry roasted peanuts||2 Tablespoon|
Cook rice according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan cook apple, onion, curry powder, garlic, cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in 2 tablespoons water till onion is tender.
Remove saucepan from heat.
Stir flour into yogurt, then stir into onion mixture.
Stir in turkey, chicken broth, and raisins.
Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly, then cook and stir 1 minute more.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
Sprinkle with peanuts.
