Green Bean And Mushroom Curry

Ingredients
  Butter/Ghee 2 Ounce (4 Tablespoon/ 50 Gram)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Green beans 4 Ounce, trimmed and cut into 1 inch lengths (1 Cup, 100 Gram)
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced (1 1/2 Cups, 100 Gram)
  Tomatoes 3 , peeled and chopped
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Green ginger slice 2
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh coriander/Parsley 1 Tablespoon (Cilantro)
Directions

Place the butter or ghee in a bowl and cook for 1 minute. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients except the fresh coriander (cilantro) or parsley. Cover and cook for 8 - 10 minutes, stirring twice.
Garnish with fresh coriander or parsley.
