Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 Large, cored and cut into small florets
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , coarsely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Curry powder/1 teaspoon coriander and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger and 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds and 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In skillet, heat oil until very hot, add onion and garlic and saute one minute.
Add curry powder or spices and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add cauliflower, reduce heat to medium, and cook about 20 minutes.
Cauliflower should be tender but firm.
