Ingredients
  Coconut milk 1 Can (10 oz)
  Bamboo shoot 1 Can (10 oz)
  Carrot 1⁄2 Pound
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound
  Basil leaves 2
  Lemon leaves 2
  Red curry paste 2 Tablespoon
  Pork 250 Gram
Directions

Take a wok. Add the coconut milk. Boil. Add the red curry paste. Stir to mix well. Add pork and cook for about 3 minutes. When boiled add the lemongrass. Add lemon leaves. When pork is done, add the carrots, mushrooms, basil and chillies and cook. Add the bamboo shoots. Turn heat to medium. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
