|Cubed cooked beef||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Apples||2 Small, peeled and sliced or chopped|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant beef bouillon granules||1 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In 10-inch skillet cook onion and curry powder in hot oil till onion is tender.
Stir in cubed beef, sliced or chopped apples, the 3/4 cup water, raisins, instant beef bouillon granules, and salt.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Blend the 1/4 cup cold water with flour; stir into skillet mixture.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Season to taste with additional salt and pepper.
