Chicken And Tomato Curry

Ingredients
  Chicken 3 1⁄2 Pound
  Onions 6 , finely chopped
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Garam masala 2 Teaspoon
  Natural yogurt 5 Fluid Ounce
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 4 Ounce, peeled and chopped
  Chicken stock/Water 1⁄4 Pint
Directions

Wash and skin the chicken and cut it into 8 pieces.
Fry the onions in the butter in a large pan until soft.
Add the garam masala and yogurt and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Then add the salt and tomatoes and cook over a low heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken pieces and the stock or water.
Cover and cook gently for 45 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
