Chicken And Tomato Curry
|Chicken||3 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onions||6 , finely chopped|
|Garam masala||2 Teaspoon|
|Natural yogurt||5 Fluid Ounce|
|Tomatoes||4 Ounce, peeled and chopped|
|Chicken stock/Water||1⁄4 Pint|
Wash and skin the chicken and cut it into 8 pieces.
Fry the onions in the butter in a large pan until soft.
Add the garam masala and yogurt and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Then add the salt and tomatoes and cook over a low heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken pieces and the stock or water.
Cover and cook gently for 45 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
