Simple Curried Prawns

Ingredients
  Boiled prawns 3⁄4 Kilogram
  Onions 2
  Apple 1
  Tomatoes 2 Large
  Curry paste 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Fish stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Chop onions, apple and tomatoes.
2. Fry onions till light brown.
3. Add apple, tomatoes, curry paste and cook along with flour for 10 minutes.
4. Sprinkle sugar, salt, lime juice and fish stock, boil and simmer for 1/2 hours.
5. Rub mixture through sieve.
6. Drop shelled prawns and cook.
7. Arrange boiled rice on a platter in a ring.
8. Turn prawns into centre and serve.
