Quick Pork Curry
|Tomato||1 , peeled and chopped|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Condensed golden mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cubed cooked pork||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook tomato, onion, curry, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in butter till onion is tender.
Stir in soup and milk.
Add pork; simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream; heat through, but do not boil.
