  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying the potatoes)
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger garlic paste 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato puree 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Yoghurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Tablespoon
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chillies 3 , slit
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Cream/Butter 2 Tablespoon
