Curry Yogurt Dip
|Plain low fat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light reduced calorie mayonnaise||3 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
Place a double-thick layer of fine-mesh cotton cheesecloth or paper coffee filters inside a colander that does not rust.
Place colander in a bowl.
Pour yogurt into colander.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Discard drained liquid and place yogurt in a small bowl.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until needed.
Use as a vegetable dip.
