Curry Of Shrimp
|Chopped pared tart apples||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cleaned cooked shrimp||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Or Canned, 1 1/2 To 2 Pounds In Shell)|
Melt butter; add apples and cook 5 minutes.
Stir in flour, curry powder, and salt.
Slowly blend in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens.
Add shrimp, and heat through.
