Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped pared tart apples 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cleaned cooked shrimp 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Or Canned, 1 1/2 To 2 Pounds In Shell)
Directions

Melt butter; add apples and cook 5 minutes.
Stir in flour, curry powder, and salt.
Slowly blend in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens.
Add shrimp, and heat through.
