Curry Prawn Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 Small, divided into florets
  Salt To Taste
  Mayonnaise 8 Fluid Ounce
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chili 1 , finely chopped
  Spring onions 3 , finely chopped (Scallions)
  Cooked shelled shrimp 1 Pound (Prawns)
  Lettuce 1⁄2 , washed
  Coriander leaves/Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, so that it is still quite firm.
Leave to cool.
Blend the mayonnaise with the garam masala, paprika, chilli pepper and spring onions.
Toss the cauliflower and prawns in the flavoured mayonnaise.
