Red Curry Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  Light coconut milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1 Tablespoon (Natural Style , Such As Smucker'S)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fish sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red curry paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking to combine.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thick.
Cool to room temperature.
