Kozhi Vartha Curry

The traditional Indian chicken curry that is a favorite in South India. The kozhi vartha curry is chicken cooked in traditional Indian spices. The aroma itself is enough to advertise your culinary skills. Try the chicken curry that is a real treat for your taste buds.
Ingredients
  Chicken 1 1⁄5 Kilogram
  Garlic ginger paste 75 Gram
  Red chilli powder 5 Gram
  Turmeric 5 Gram
  Oil 120 Milliliter
  Salt 10 Gram
  Onions 150 Gram
  Tomatoes 100 Gram
  Coriander powder 10 Gram
  Cardamom 2 Gram (Vartha masala)
  Clove 2 Gram
  Red chilly 15 Gram
  Cinnamon 2 Gram
  Black pepper corn 3 Gram
  Coriander seeds 20 Gram
  Tamarind pulp 25 Gram
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter
Directions

Marinate chicken with chilli powder ,turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes.
Sautee these chicken pieces in a kadai .
Heat oil add curry leaves ,onions sautee till light brown. Add ginger garlic paste , tomatoes and bhunno until fat leaves the sides of the pan.
Then add powder masalas and the vartha masala.
Now cook the masala for the next 5 minutes
Add the chicken ,and some water and bring to boil and reduce misture until the masla coats the chicken pieces
Sprinkle pepper powder and lemon juice ,serve hot .

i thought kozhi vartha curry had coconut in it ....and why have you written cardamom as varatha masala...
