Microwaved Shrimp Curry

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Instant chicken bouillon 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen shrimp 12 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

1. Combine butter, onion and celery in 2-quart glass casserole.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are partly cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 13 to 14 minutes
