Golden Curry Relish

Ingredients
  Canned applesauce 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 3 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sweet pickle relish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
Directions

Mix-all ingredients, except relish, in saucepan.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in relish.
Cool, then refrigerate.
Especially good with lamb
