Quick Turkey Curry

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Minced ginger root 2 Teaspoon
  Apple 1 , peeled and chopped
  Finely diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Mango chutney 3 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked turkey/Chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, ginger, apple, celery and curry powder; cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened.
2. Blend in flour; add chicken stock and chutney. Cook, stirring, until sauce comes to a boil and thickens. Stir in turkey and raisins; season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3 minutes or until heated through.
