Potato Curry

Do you want the best of best potato curry recipe? My friends tried this dish the other day and they simply adored it. Do I need to say more? Go ahead and try this easy to make potato curry and don't forget to share your feedback.
Ingredients
  Oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Onions 2
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Potatoes 4 , peeled and diced
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cardamom 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coconut milk 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Canned tomatoes 440 Milliliter, drained and liquid reserved (1 3/4 Cup)
  Sour cream/Plain yogurt 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Cucumber 1 , sliced (Green Colored)
  Hard-boiled eggs 4 , crumbled
  Bananas 2 , peeled and sliced
  Lemon 1 , squeezed
  Mango chutney 75 Milliliter (5 Tablespoons)
  Pineapple pieces 1 Pound, drained (450 Gram)
  Pappadum 12
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, heat oil.
2 Add onion and fry until transparent (or microwave on HIGH 2 minutes).
3 Add garlic and potatoes and fry for another 2 minutes.
4 Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
5 Simmer for 30 minutes or until potato is cooked.

SERVING
6 Serve hot accompanied with your favorite bread or rice.
