Curry Basted Pork Kabobs

Ingredients
  Boneless pork 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Carrots 4 Large
  Zucchini 2 Small
  Whole onions 8 Small, peeled
  Curry powder 4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cooking oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Cut pork, carrots, and zucchini into 1-inch pieces.
In saucepan cook carrots, covered, in small amount of boiling, lightly salted water 15 minutes.
Add onions; cover and cook 10 minutes more, For sauce, in small saucepan combine curry, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic; stir in oil.
Heat through.
Thread pork and vegetables on 8 skewers.
Grill over hot coals 10 to 12 minutes, turning once; baste often with sauce
