|Half and half||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant chicken bouillon granules||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked turkey||3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped|
In 2-quart casserole, place butter, onion, apple and raisins.
Microwave at high (10) 3 to 4 minutes.
Add flour, curry powder, coriander, cumin and ginger; stir until smooth.
Gradually stir in half & half, water and bouillon.
Microwave at high (10) 4 to 6 minutes until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes.
Add turkey and Microwave at high (10) 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.
