  Bean sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

  Curry 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lettuce 1
Directions

Combine the ingredients and serve on lettuce.
Good with muffins.
