Easy Curry Sauce

|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Apple||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated (cored, peeled)|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (scalded)|
|Peanut butter||2 Tablespoon|
Saute onion and apple until tender.
Sprinkle with a mixture of flour and curry powder.
Add milk gradually.
Add salt and peanut butter.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth and thickened.
