Lemony Cabbage Slaw With Curry
|Shredded cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Green Or White)|
|Chopped green bell pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped red bell pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green bell pepper rings||2 (For Garnish)|
|Red bell pepper rings||2 (For Garnish)|
Mix cabbage, bell peppers and green onion in large bowl.
Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, curry powder, salt and celery seeds in small bowl.
Pour over cabbage mixture; mix well.
Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with bell pepper rings.
