Turkey Curry

Turkey curry is a an americanised curry made with cooked turkey and indian spices. Prepared with a gravy base, it is spiced with curry powder and thickened with whipping cream. Prepped with honey for a hint of sweetness and taste, the turkey curry can be served with toasted almonds, shredded coconut or dried fruits as garnish.
  Cubed cooked turkey 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Gravy 8 Ounce (1 Packet Included With Turkey)
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Whipping cream/Half and half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Cook and stir onion in butter in medium saucepan over low heat 5 minutes or until tender.
Add curry powder and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in contents of gravy packet and water.
Bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Blend in cream, honey, salt and pepper.
Stir turkey into sauce and heat 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
