  Curry powder 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Ground coriander 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thai oil 20 Milliliter (4 Teaspoon)
  Chicken breasts 4 (Skinless)
  Unrefined peanut oil/Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Water 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)

Combine curry powder, coriander, paprika, turmeric and pinch of salt in a 2-quart bowl.
Whisk in Thai oil.
Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat peanut oil.
Add onion and saute 3 minutes.
Add ginger and garlic.
Cook 2 minutes more.
Add the chicken breasts and the marinade.
Add water, cover and simmer 4 minutes.
