30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
20 Milliliter (4 Teaspoon)
Unrefined peanut oil/Sesame oil
1 Small, minced
1 Tablespoon, minced
2 Clove (10 gm), minced
240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Combine curry powder, coriander, paprika, turmeric and pinch of salt in a 2-quart bowl.
Whisk in Thai oil.
Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat peanut oil.
Add onion and saute 3 minutes.
Add ginger and garlic.
Cook 2 minutes more.
