Tania's Pork Curry
|Pork||2 Kilogram (cut into small/medium size pieces)|
|Garlic clove||10 (10 -15 flakes as per taste)|
|Chili powder/7-8 red chilies/ 5-6 kashmiri chilies||3 Teaspoon|
|Jeera powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Nutmeg||1 Small (small peice)|
|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
Cut and wash pork and mix cut masala and ground paste, salt to taste and a spoon of vinegar and mix well and add little water used to wash the masala grinder and keep on fire. Add few bay leaves. Keep stirring off and on, so that masala does not burn. When almost cooked, taste and add a little vinegar if required.
