Tofu red curry with vegetables is a health and easily cooked recipe, which goes well with steamed rice.
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Tri colored bell pepper
1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Thai curry paste
2 Tablespoon (Spicy)
Thai soy sauce
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Combine all the ingredients in a solar cooking pan and place it in the solar heater. The dish takes nearly 3 ½ hours to be fully cooked. The dish can be served with steamed rice.
