Dry Fish Curry

  Onions 3 Small
  Chutney 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Cooked fish/Shell fish 1 Pound
  Desiccated coconut 1 Tablespoon
  Apple 1 , finely chopped
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Boiled rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon

Peel and slice the onions.
Fry them brown in the butter.
Add the coconut, apple, salt, curry powder, and chutney.
Stir and heat until it is a deep brown.
Add the fish and heat gently for a few minutes.
Add lemon juice and serve with the boiled rice.
