Traditional Curry Sauce

Curry Sauce is an amazingly delicious recipe version. An easy to make recipe, you will simply find this Curry Sauce both mouth-watering and amazingly tempting.
Ingredients
  Fat 2 Ounce
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice and its rind 1⁄2
  Stock 1 Pint
  Bay leaf 1
  Apples 2 , chopped
  Chutney 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Fry the onion in the fat, and add the curry powder with the flour, finishing as for the Roux Method.
Add all the other ingredients and cook for 20 minutes.
Strain and re heat before serving.
