  Coconut 125 Milliliter, grated (About 1/2 Cup)
  Milk 250 Milliliter (About 1 Cup)
  Butter 60 Milliliter (About 4 Tablespoon)
  Onions 2 , chopped fine
  Unpeeled apple 1 , cored
  Tomatoes 2 Small, peeled and seeded
  Curry powder 15 Milliliter (About 1 Tablespoon)
  White wine 250 Milliliter (About 1 Cup)

€¢ Place the coconut and milk in a bowl. Soak 30 minutes.
€¢ Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt 3 minutes at HIGH.
€¢ Add the onions, stir and microwave 4 minutes at HIGH.
€¢ Stir, add the apple, tomatoes, curry powder and salt to taste. Stir thoroughly.
€¢ Microwave 5 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
€¢ Stir, add the coconut and milk and the white wine.
€¢ Mix and microwave 3 minutes at HIGH.
€¢ Puree in a food mill or food processor.
€¢ Adjust seasoning.
€¢ Warm 3 minutes at HIGH.
