|Onions||2 Large, chopped|
|Melted butter||6 Tablespoon|
|Large prawns||6 Pound, washed and drained (About 7 Dozen)|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), mashed/minced|
|Curry powder||5 Teaspoon|
|Sweet sauterne||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Steamed hot rice||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
Saute onions in melted butter until yellow.
Add prawns, then garlic and curry.
Cover and cook over very low heat 15 minutes.
