Curried Prawns

Ingredients
  Onions 2 Large, chopped
  Melted butter 6 Tablespoon
  Large prawns 6 Pound, washed and drained (About 7 Dozen)
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), mashed/minced
  Curry powder 5 Teaspoon
  Sweet sauterne 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Steamed hot rice 8 Cup (128 tbs)
Directions

Saute onions in melted butter until yellow.
Add prawns, then garlic and curry.
Stir well.
Add wine.
Cover and cook over very low heat 15 minutes.
