Ingredients
  Eggs 5 , hard boiled
  Coriander leaves 4
  Madras curry 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut each egg in two.
Put the eggs into a bowl and pour hot Madras curry over them.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
