Scrumptious Caribbean Mutton Curry

Caribbean Mutton Curry is a simple mutton curry with a scrumptious taste. The mutton is cooked gently so that the spices are nicely blended into the mutton and is tender enough. The Caribbean Mutton Curry tastes wonderful with hot cooked rice. Try out and enjoy!
Ingredients
  Mutton 3 Pound
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Dark soy sauce 6 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 3 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Water 7 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

1) In a pan, add the olive oil, then saute the onion and tomatoes for 3 minutes.
2) Add the mutton, stir well and add the garlic powder,curry powder, dark soy sauce, pepper, and salt, mix well.
3) Add 4 pt water into the pan, stir, bring to a boil. Cover and cook on a medium for about 3 hrs.
4) Then add 3 1/2 pt water after an hour. Check in between and cook until the mutton is tender.
5) Serve the mutton curry over hot cooked rice.
