Ingredients
  Diced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apples 3 , diced (Empire Type)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low fat sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried rosemary leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Curry powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Apple slice 5
  Salad greens 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine chicken, celery, apples and raisins in large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, rosemary and curry powder in small bowl; blend well.
Stir mayonnaise mixture into chicken mixture.
Refrigerate.
