Hawaiian Style Shrimp Curry
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon (To Taste)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Coconut milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated green ginger root/1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Shrimp||1 Pound, shelled and deveined|
Place butter and onion in 2 1/2 quart casserole, cook in Radarange oven 2 minutes.
Stir in flour and curry powder to make a smooth paste.
Add both milks; stir.
Cook in oven 1 1/2 minutes; stir well.
Cook in oven 2 minutes more, stirring every minute.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Cook in oven 4 minutes, stirring once.
