Lima Beans With Curry Sauce

Ingredients
  Frozen lima beans 20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Packages)
  Boiling salted water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bacon slices 2 , diced
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dry white wine/Sherry / milk 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned french fried onions 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Cook the lima beans in the boiling water until just tender, about 15 minutes; drain well.
In a frying pan, fry the bacon until crisp; remove with a slotted spoon.
In the drippings, saute onion, garlic, and curry until onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the soup, wine, and sour cream; heat to just under boiling point.
Stir in the beans and bacon; heat through again.
