Dry Turnip Curry

Dry Turnip Curry is simple and easy to make. Dry Turnip Curry gets its taste from turnips mixed with garam masala and flavored by lemon juice. Dry Turnip Curry is loved by many food lovers.
Ingredients
  Turnips 450 Gram, peeled
  Ghee/75 gm butter 50 Gram
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Green chili 1 , finely chopped
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
Directions

Slice the turnips into rounds and cook in 50ml boiling water until tender and dry.
Heat the ghee or butter in a pan and fry the onion until light brown.
Add the chilli, turnips, garam masala and salt to taste.
Taste and add the sugar, if it is being used.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
