Kinema Curry ! Aha ! I'd love to have this irresistible Nepalese fermented soy bean curry with rice on days I want to skip meat. Try this Kinema Curry and tell me if you share my food liking !
Ingredients
  Kinema 250 Gram
  Chopped onion 1 Large
  Tomato 1 Large, sliced
  Green chilies 4
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Fry the chopped onions in hot oil.
Add tomatoes and turmeric powder and fry for 2 minutes or till the onions get tender.
Add Kinema to the onions.
Also add sliced green chillies and salt.
Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Pour a little water to make a thick curry and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
The sun dried kinema is also mixed with leafy vegetables to make mixed curry as a side dish.
