Asian Pork Curry

Pork Curry has a fine taste. Pork Curry gets its taste from pork mixed with chicken bouillon and curry powder. Pork Curry is inspired by many food joints around the world.
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Chopped onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped apple 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Unpared)
  Tomato 1 Medium, seeded and chopped
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Golden raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 3 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped

In large frying pan, heat oil to medium hot.
Add pork cubes, onion and celery.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until pork is brown and vegetables are tender.
Stir in apple, tomato, water, raisins, curry powder, bouillon granules and garlic powder; mix well.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Remove cover and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5 to 10 minutes, until of desired consistency.
