Curry Cheese Bread

Ingredients
  Beaten egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced dried onion 1 Teaspoon
  Homemade biscuit mix/Packaged biscuit mix 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheese 3 Ounce (Use American Or Swiss, About 3/4 Cup)
  Poppy seed/Sesame seed 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine egg, milk, and onion.
In mixing bowl stir together Homemade Biscuit Mix or packaged mix and curry powder.
Add egg mixture; stir just till dry ingredients are moistened.
Add 1/2 cup of the cheese.
Grease bottom and sides of an 8x1/4-inch round baking pan.
Sprinkle poppy seed on bottom of pan.
Carefully spread dough atop.
Bake in 400° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Immediately invert bread on wire rack.
Sprinkle remaining cheese atop hot bread.
Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
