Curry Cheese Slices
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Packages)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Party rye bread slices||2|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced apple wedges||2|
Open cream cheese packages; let stand at room temperature 15 minutes.
In a bowl combine cheese, milk, parsley flakes, and curry powder.
Stir in peanuts.
Spread on rye bread.
In small bowl combine water and lemon juice.
Dip apple wedges in lemon mixture.
Place 1 wedge atop each sandwich.
