Green Mango Curry

Mango Curry is easy to make recipe. Mango Curry gets its taste from raw mango mixed with turmeric powder and Asafetida powder. Asafetida powder is inspired by many restaurants worldwide.
Ingredients
  Mustard seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1 Teaspoon
  Green mango 1
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fenugreek seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Fry the fenugreek seeds.
Crush the roasted seeds into powder.
It serves the purpose of a preservative.
Chop the raw mango into small portions.
Heat oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds.
Put in the mangoes pieces.
Fry up for a couple of minutes.
Sprinkle the fenugreek powder over the mangoes.
Add turmeric powder, asafoetida, curry leaves and chilli powder.
Cook for sometime.
