Vegetarian Curry

Ingredients
  Cooking oil 60 Milliliter
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chili 2 1⁄2 Milliliter
  Turmeric 2 1⁄2 Milliliter
  Coriander 2 1⁄2 Milliliter
  Cumin 2 1⁄2 Milliliter
  Lentils 225 Gram
  White stock 900 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 5 Milliliter
  Carrots 2 , diced
  Apple 1 , peeled, cored and chopped
  Sultanas 50 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat the oil in a pan.
Saute the onion and the garlic lightly.
Add the chilli, turmeric, coriander, cumin and lentils.
Cook gently for one minute.
Stir in the stock, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Bring to the boil and continue to boil for 5 minutes.
Transfer to the Slo cooker and stir in the carrots, apple and sultanas.
Cook for the recommended time.
