This Curry Rice Salad With Apples tastes yummy ! A delicious chilled blend of brown rice and spiced apples and raisins, this Curry Rice Salad makes a meal by itself! Just try and let me know
Ingredients
  Vanilla yogurt/Plain yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry sherry/Cider vinegar 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Currants/Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Unpeeled apple/Mcintosh/cortland 2 , cored, cubed and mixed with a little lemon juice to prevent browning (Empire)
  Cooked brown rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine yogurt, sherry, curry, cloves, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Mix well.
Add currants, celery and apples.
Mix well.
Add rice and mix well.
Refrigerate until serving.
