Crab Curry Dip

Ingredients
  Evaporated skimmed milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), undiluted (Carnation Lite)
  Light neufchatel cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Imitation crabmeat 4 Ounce, shredded
  Finely sliced green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped red bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Assorted vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Raw)
Directions

In small mixer bowl, beat evaporated skimmed milk and cream cheese.
Stir in crab, onion, red pepper, curry powder and garlic salt.
Cover and refrigerate.
