Crab Curry Dip

|Evaporated skimmed milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), undiluted (Carnation Lite)|
|Light neufchatel cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Imitation crabmeat||4 Ounce, shredded|
|Finely sliced green onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped red bell pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Assorted vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Raw)|
In small mixer bowl, beat evaporated skimmed milk and cream cheese.
Stir in crab, onion, red pepper, curry powder and garlic salt.
Cover and refrigerate.
