This Masauyra Curry is a temptation ! Try this deliciously seasoned Nepalese(Newar) black gram condiment in any suitable way you like ! Don't forget to tell me how you liked this Nasaurya Curry the best !
  Masauyra 50 Gram
  Chopped onion 1
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon

Fry the chopped onions in hot oil with cumin seeds.
Add Masauyra, turmeric powder and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Add 1 cup of hot water to the mixture and cook for 10 minutes.
