Crab Curry

This crab curry recipe is a seafood recipe prepared with crabmeat. Cooked with tamarind and coconut along with spices to taste, the crab curry has a rich gravy to it and can be served over rice.
Ingredients
  Crabs 6
  Dry red chilies 12
  Coriander seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Fenugreek seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic flakes 8
  Tamarind 1 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Coconut 1
  Onion 1
  Salt To Taste
  Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Grind together the chillies, grated coconut, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, pepper, turmeric powder and garlic to a fine paste.
Saute the onion in oil, till light brown.
Then add the crabs, mix well & keep for a while till their colour changes.
Next add the ground masala and salt and cook for a while.
Now add the tamarind water and simmer on low heat.
If gravy is required, then add water or else keep it dry.
